This spoon rest is made of black porcelain by using a slab technique. When the porcelain was raw I stamped it on a piece of burned wood to get the burned wood imitation look. This spoon holder is unglazed and has a natural color of black porcelain. Because it was fired at high temperature (1230°C) it is nonporous. You can use it as a soap or ring dish as well.
The item can be a great wedding gift. It can also be made in higher quantities for the wedding favors or any other occasion, in that case, please send me a custom order request.
Every item is crafted by hand and therefore unique so a slight difference within the same design can occur.
The design is a triangle with curved edges. The spoon holder protects your countertop.
Because of its natural design and clean lines, it suits perfectly to any modern decorated home.
While the wood imitation makes sure that it is a great addition to your farmhouse or rustic home decoration.
Clean it manually with dish soap and warm water.
